\nDabei werden die Layouts mit wasserhaltiger Farbe auf eine 320 x 800 cm gro\u00dfe Stoffbahn gespr\u00fcht, prinzipiell ganz \u00e4hnlich wie bei Tintenstrahldruckern. Danach werden die Stoffbahnen durch hei\u00dfe Metallwalzen, sogenannte Kalander, gef\u00fchrt. Dadurch verdampfen die w\u00e4ssrigen Bestandteile, die Farbpigmente werden vom Stoff aufgenommen. Schneiden und N\u00e4hen<\/strong><\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Im n\u00e4chsten Schritt werden die bedruckten Bahnen in die Hausn\u00e4herei von FLYERALARM gebracht und von ausgebildeten Schneiderinnen und Schneidern in echter Handarbeit weiterverarbeitet. Die Rollen werden in spezielle Schneidetische eingespannt und St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck ausgerollt. Aus den Stoffbahnen werden hier bereits die Grundformen der Flaggen ausgeschnitten \u2013 von 150 x 400 cm gro\u00dfen Hissflaggen bis zu 40 x 20 cm kleinen Tischfahnen. Die separierten Layouts werden nun von den Schneidern an Industrie-N\u00e4hmaschinen weiterverarbeitet. Die R\u00e4nder der Fahnen werden umgeschlagen und ges\u00e4umt, zum sp\u00e4teren Einschieben der Stange wird ein Hohlsaum vern\u00e4ht. Je nach Modell bringen die Schneider zus\u00e4tzlich Schlaufen oder \u00d6senb\u00e4nder an.
