Drucken, tropfen, trocknen \u2013 so funktioniert die Produktion<\/h2>\n
Auf 90 \u00b5m Haftfolie-Bogen (wei\u00df oder transparent) werden im Sammeldruckverfahren klassische Aufkleber gedruckt. Anschlie\u00dfend bringen Spritzd\u00fcsen fl\u00fcssigen Kunststoff, der aus zwei Komponenten gemischt wird, auf die Mitte jedes Stickers auf. Dieser verteilt sich aufgrund seiner hohen Viskosit\u00e4t gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig bis an die R\u00e4nder, ohne dar\u00fcber hinauszulaufen. UV-Lampen trocknen das Gel \u00e4u\u00dferst schnell, sodass die Aufkleber weiterverarbeitet werden k\u00f6nnen. Nach einer kurzen Abk\u00fchlphase werden die fertigen Aufkleber schlie\u00dflich aus den Bogen geschnitten und gestanzt.<\/p>\n
