Du hast vor einigen Jahren damit begonnen, Speisekarten aus hochwertigen Materialien zu fertigen. Wie kam es dazu?<\/strong><br \/>\nHi, danke erst mal f\u00fcr die Einladung. Ich habe damals zwei Restaurants betrieben und meine Speisekarten immer selbst designt. Am Anfang waren sie noch ziemlich einfach und \u2013 um ehrlich zu sein \u2013 nicht sehr gut. Aber ich habe immer mehr dazugelernt und meine Kreativit\u00e4t in \u00e4sthetisch ansprechenderen Designs umgesetzt. Irgendwann wurden die Karten dann so gut, dass sie anderen Gastronomen aufgefallen sind und immer mehr Anfragen kamen. Schlie\u00dflich haben wir eine Agentur gegr\u00fcndet, die sich ausschlie\u00dflich mit Gastronomieausstattung besch\u00e4ftigt hat. Weil ich schon immer h\u00f6here Anspr\u00fcche an Qualit\u00e4t und Gestaltung hatte, fing ich an, mit st\u00e4rkeren, edleren Papieren und Kartons zu arbeiten. Dann mit bezogenen Karten mit Leder, Leinen und anderen Materialien, von heimischen Manufakturen gefertigt. Made in Germany war von Anfang an wichtig. Klassische Men\u00fckarten mit ein oder zwei Seiten, Deckelkarten, also Speisekarten f\u00fcr mehrere Seiten, und Clipboards, in mehreren Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und Farben. Alle sind sie aus hochwertigen Materialien wie Leinen oder robusten Kunststoffen und f\u00fcr den t\u00e4glichen Gebrauch nat\u00fcrlich gut zu reinigen. Ich mag es, wenn mit Schlichtheit und Reduzierung gearbeitet wird, man muss auch Platz lassen und nicht alles mit Bildern und Text \u00fcbersch\u00fctten. Es muss auch nicht zwangsl\u00e4ufig \u201eSpeisekarte\u201c vorne drauf stehen. Und schon gar nicht die Faxnummer oder die Adresse des Restaurants. Wenn ich die Karte in der Hand habe, bin ich ja schon da. Nicht nach dem Motto \u201eMake my Logo bigger\u201c vorgehen, Minimalismus ist das Stichwort. Das gilt auch f\u00fcr die Innenseiten der Karte. Man sollte sie nicht zukleistern, sondern gen\u00fcgend Wei\u00dfraum lassen. Auch nicht unbedingt mit sattem Schwarz arbeiten, sondern eher mit einem warmen Grau. So entstehen positive Energien.
