Klingt irgendwie machbar auch f\u00fcr angehende Laufprofis, die ihre Lauf-Leidenschaft erst entdecken. Querbeet durch alle Abteilungen haben sich Laufbegeisterte innerhalb der FLYERALARM-Gruppe gefunden: aus der IT, Logistik, HR, Marketing, Produktion, Buchhaltung, unserem Customer Service Center und allerlei weiteren Unternehmensbereichen. Mit \u00fcber 100 angemeldeten L\u00e4uferinnen und L\u00e4ufern und zahlreichen Supportern am Streckenrand sind wir dieses Jahr wieder eines der gr\u00f6\u00dften Teams gewesen.<\/p>\n
Bei 4.500 Mitl\u00e4ufern, bester Abendsonne und Temperaturen immer noch um die 30\u00b0C galt es eine Balance zu finden: Abrufen einer Wettkampfleistung und Vermeidung von Laufbeschwerden und Dehydrierung. Neben dem Spa\u00df am Laufen geh\u00f6ren f\u00fcr die Freunde des Laufsports auch die konsequente Verbesserung der eigenen Leistung und der Wettbewerbscharakter einfach dazu. So galt es f\u00fcr viele FLYERALARM L\u00e4uferinnen und L\u00e4ufer, die Vorjahreszeit zu verbessern und sich nicht von den Teammitgliedern abh\u00e4ngen zu lassen.<\/p>\n
Gemeinsames Aufw\u00e4rmen im Team, st\u00fcrmische Anfeuerungsrufe durch das Publikum und FLYERALARM Kolleginnen und Kollegen die ganze Strecke \u00fcber und mehrere Wasser-Stationen haben ihren Beitrag f\u00fcr einen gelungenen Lauf-Abend geliefert. F\u00fcr FLYERALARM war der Firmenlauf ein gelungener Abschluss einer intensiven Vorbereitungszeit. Im Rahmen von healthy@FLY, unserem unternehmensweiten Ansatz, die Themen Gesundheit und Arbeit zeitgem\u00e4\u00df miteinander zu verkn\u00fcpfen, ist seit Anfang des Jahres eine Menge passiert: Gesundheitstage mit allerlei Check-Ups, pers\u00f6nliche Laufanalysen, Lauflexika im Intranet und nat\u00fcrlich gemeinsame Trainings nach Feierabend.
